We have always supported the view of lean back vs lean forward usage for digital publications. This article, summarizing similar findings by The Economist, lays this out quite well. "Lean Forward" (ie PC) works well for business titles and really mirrors the growth of our business - business readers were early adopters of digital magazines - primarily reading on the job. Now with "lean back" technologies (ie iPad/Kindle) consumer and leisure readers are finding digital magazines to be of great interest.
